We are pleased to announce that the holdings of the Imperial War Museum’s Collections Access have been added to Copac.
The Imperial War Museum Collections Access is a unique national reference library on twentieth and twenty-first century conflict involving Britain and Commonwealth countries. The collection includes unit histories, technical manuals, biographies, autobiographies, and publications on the military, economic, social and cultural aspects of war.
Holdings include newspapers, trench journals, propaganda leaflets, prisoner of war material, and pamphlets such as those issued by the War Office and the Ministry of Information, alongside significant holdings of grey literature, maps, and ephemera. Among the very rare and unique holdings are a collection of 789 First World War German Unit Histories (in German), and a collection of over 2000 Luftwaffe Target Folders.
These collections have been added as part of the Challenge Fund.
